Private Events FAQs

  • Within our private dining room we can host a variety of private events including rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, bridal and baby showers, business dinners, corporate meetings, retirement parties, cocktail receptions, holiday gatherings, and more.

  • Our private dining room can accommodate:

    • Up to 22 guests for a seated dinner

    • Approximately 25–30 guests for a standing cocktail-style reception

  • The Dulany Room (our private dining room) is a fully enclosed room with a door and partial windows that can be shaded for privacy. It boasts an art installations by local artist and muralist, Tim Cunningham

  • Yes. The private dining room includes access to a smart television or AV screen for presentations and meetings. Additional equipment rentals may be coordinated if needed.

  • Private events may be scheduled during:

    • Lunch service

    • Brunch service

    • Dinner service

    Availability varies depending on the day of the week and the type of event requested.

  • Yes. A signed private dining contract and deposit are required to officially secure the event space. Reservations are only guaranteed once both the signed contract and deposit have been received.

  • Yes. Our team works closely with guests to curate a personalized dining experience tailored to the occasion and guest preferences. Seasonal menu options are available for private events.

  • Absolutely. Our private dining room is ideal for business dinners, presentations, team meetings, and networking events. Audiovisual capabilities are available to support professional gatherings.

  • Entertainment requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Excessively loud entertainment, DJs, and bands are not permitted to preserve the dining experience of all guests.

  • Yes. Decorations are encouraged with prior approval from management. Though certain items, including glitter, confetti, and open flames, are not welcome.

  • We offer a variety of event styles to best suit your gathering, including seated dinners, cocktail receptions, passed hors d’oeuvres, buffet-style service, and customized dining experiences. Our team will help curate a format that feels right for your event and your guests.

  • We offer a range of beverage experiences including curated wine selections, cocktail offerings, champagne toasts, and customized beverage packages designed to complement your event.

  • Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. Special arrangements, including personalized cakes, may be available with advance coordination through the event team.

  • Outside wine may be permitted with prior approval and corkage fee arrangements.
